Bluegrass Jam

The bluegrass jam is for all levels of musicians to have fun playing in a relaxed atmosphere. It's also for listeners who enjoy hearing live music.
We go around the circle of musicians, and each person can choose a song to play, with others taking turns playing breaks. Or, he or she can pass and let the next person choose a song.
Instruments for the bluegrass jam include acoustic guitar, mandolin, banjo, fiddle, bass (acoustic or electric), resophonic guitar (Dobro) and harmonica.
For some people, the jam has been the first time they have played with other musicians. We have beginners right up through people who have played in bands for years, and the supportive and fun atmosphere makes it a great place to play.
Members of the Dyer Switch bluegrass band have experience in hosting many jams, and lead the jams at Perfect Blend.
The jams have been well attended by musicians and listeners, so come on over and enjoy the music and coffee!
