Private Parties at Perfect Blend

 

Perfect Blend offers a perfect, relaxed spot for your next private party - our back room.  One look into the room and you will immediately begin to relax.  Natural light pours through  two walls of windows. A fireplace and original stone wall add to the warm, quiet ambience. The back room seats 15-25 comfortably. It's the perfect place for all of your special occassions. For larger parties up to 50, our front dining and sitting area can be included.

Whether it's  a bridal or baby shower, party or meeting, our experienced
staff will work closely with you to make your event or party a truly memorable event.

  Party Reservation Form:

 

 

Weekday Reservation Fee - Monday - Friday  
 $50 minimum for 3 hours.  

Weekend Reservation Fee - Saturday and Sunday
$75 minimum for 3 hours.  

There are 2 ways to reserve the back room:
1)  Catered:  Host pre-orders food and beverage for the group from our catering menu
2)  Flat fee:  Host agrees to pay a flat fee to reserve the room

All purchases of food, beverage and pastry items will be applied toward the minimum.
Please read carefully:  If a minimum is not met, the host agrees to pay the difference for their group at the end of the meeting. A 17% service charge will be added to the bill which will be presented prior to the end of the meeting

 Please fill out the Online Room Reservation form and submit it by email, or call and ask to speak with a manager. We ask that you provide us with a least 24 hours notice for all reservations

Reservations must be made at least one (1) week in advance by phone, email or in person M-F 8AM-5PM. A 25% deposit is required for all orders over$100. An order is confirmed after a credit card or check deposit is received. Three days beforeyour event, an additional 50% of your total bill is due. All advance deposits are credited to your final bill. On the day of your event, the balance is required. Payment can be made in cash, by personal check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

We accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the start time of your event for a full refund. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation service charge. For further information, please call 439-6537 and ask to speak with a manager.

If the guest of honor and their friends are under 16 years old, we require a parent or guardian stay in the room and supervise. Music can be brought in, if kept at a low volume. Balloons can be brought in if organizer agrees not to leave them behind. No food or beverages of any kind may be brought into Perfect Blend by the organizer or their guests unless approved by a manager.

Organizer assumes the responsibility for any and all damages caused by anyone attending the party whether in the rear room or any other part of Perfect Blend. Proprietor reserves the right to exclude or eject any and all persons from the function and premises without liability.
